 Hi, my name is Christine and I am the primary jewelry and gift designer at "My Handmade Beaded Jewelry.com/Down the Beaded Path. Jewelry has always been a passion of mine from simply enjoying jewelry as a child, to looking for the most interesting pieces of jewelry as a young adult and admiring the different components, colors and combinations to finally actually being the one who creates these lovely pieces. I enjoy passing on what I call the "WOW" factor to my customers; the titillating delight that arises from opening up an anticipated package that contains a beautiful, unique, handcrafted piece of jewelry.My goal and promise to you is to provide you with beautiful, well crafted jewelry and gifts that are unique in nature and unable to be found in malls or retail stores. Nothing here is mass produced. All my items, whether beaded jewelry or beaded gifts, are checked thoroughly during each phase of their creation and inspected again before they are placed in their organza bag or box in preparation for shipping. I want to make sure that you receive nothing less than what I would expect should I have been the customer. With that in mind, customer service is as important to me as the creating of quality jewelry is. I won't be happy unless you are completely satisfied. 
As a designer I am very focused and cued in on detail and quality. I literally search for quality items. One of the characteristics I look for in my gemstones are their colors and their unique color patterns or "striations." In beads there is nothing quite like the sparkle of the Swarovski crystal or the sizzling colors of the "Czech" firepolished crystal. For my other beads I prefer the handmade glasses and particularly favor lampwork styles for their unique appearance, varying styles and the near impossibility of finding two identical beads. The fine silvers I use are imported and I love the comments like, "Where did you get those beads?" Clasps and pendants are among my favorite items to find. How better to finish a lovely piece of jewelry than with a correspondingly lovely toggle, "S" hook or other fine clasp. Some of my closures are handmade as well. And while pendants usually add the finishing touch to many pieces, my favorite pendants are the ones that do the opposite and actually command the necklace's design. And of course, custom requests are always welcome. In addition to beaded jewelry I have added a beaded gift line that is truly unique and will have new items added to it regularly.
