Shipping Costs and Related InformationQ. How is my order shipped and is it Insured? A. We ship via the US Postal Service - Insured First Class. If you need an item faster, please contact us (shipping charges will apply). Need an item faster? Q. How much will shipping costs be? A. There is one flat fee of $5.95 for First Class shipping within the 50 United States and $6.95 to Canada. Expected delivery for first class is usually between 4-10 days depending on your state, address and /or location in Canada. All packages are insured free of charge. You will be e-mailed the tracking number of your insured package at the time your package is shipped. Go to the "track your order" link, put in your tracking number and view your package's journey. All one of a kind beaded jewelry items or gifts are usually shipped within 3-5 business days. Please be aware that custom orders are handcrafted as soon as the order is received but it still may take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on the availability of supplies. For any delays (for example, our supplier is temporarily out of an item needed in your custom order), you will be notified by e-mail. Please note that there are no cancellations on custom orders and all sales are final.
Backorder PolicyMost of our beaded jewelry and gifts are unique and one of a kind. However, please contact us if you are interested in us creating a custom order from an item you saw on our website. If it is possible to create another, please note that the beaded item would be very similar but may not be identical to the one on our website due to, more than likely, the uniqueness of the beads involved or the availability of identical silver or gold accents or other findings. As soon as we know whether your request is possible, we would notify you via the e-mail address you provided (or by phone if you prefer).
Our Return and Damaged Goods Policy:Returns for credit or exchanges are accepted but must meet the requirements below. All returns not meeting the requirements will be returned to sender.
